Claims if without heat with chronic illness?
Last week I was without heating for at least 5 days, I pay my bills with Swalec and also have boiler and elect cover under the swalec scheme.
The problem actually happened over a month or so ago, the fan was getting stuck in the boiler, and the engineer came out the following day/morning...

Would welcome any thoughts on this.
Had a letter from the Nationwide re arrears on my mortgage. Apparently I have been underpaying my combined mortgage and insurance by a few pounds each month since March 2011 as the insurance component had varied, not the mortgage. Have yet to look back...

sadly it looks like I need to get a new address as the redirection stops in a week or 2 so its pretty urgent. Is there a list of who its "safe" to have an actual address or do the DCA's have people in all sorts of places?

I was under impression that debts shouldn't be disclosed to other people at your home etc for intimidation and harassment etc.
But i have had two letters now, one from Wonga and one from Quick Quid to my address (family house share) where they have there name emblazoned...

What happens next???
I have been following the UE line with two creditors since January 2009, Northern Rock and Santander. Both claim their agreements are enforceable, however, I have not made a payment to them since this date and haven't heard from any DCA regarding either debt for at least 2 years now. I get a letter/statement...
