Just a quick question, if I've sent off a letter of dispute to a DCA and they have replied that they have placed the account on hold but would like to know why the account is in dispute... do I tell them?
I have written to the original creditor but not heard anything back from them...

I wrote to MBNA and told them about losing my job at the start of december 2012 and told them i could not pay the required amount due to no income but i would make token payments OF £5.00 until i was back in work, i asked them to only contact me via letter due to stress this request...Last edited by Deepie; 9 January 2013, 19:05. -
