Mr Yong - who owns that domain (link) - is really asking for trouble!

Not only does he claim it to be "lottery funded" and to have both Western Union and Gazprom as partners - they aren't - he also claims to be registered with the Fundamentally Supine Authority. He isn't.

Mr Yong is also most remarkably stupid. His images of "winners" are of the Connecticut State Lottery in the colonies, but Mr Yong didn't bother to alter the sums payable. Hence there is the patent absurdity of a UK lottery paying its alleged "winners" in dollars.

The stated telephone number, 1-800-886-4799, is also American.
