i have one ccj with lewis group and that along with drysdenfairfax are the only 2 creditors being paid from my payplanplus account, the ccj is £3.89 a month and the outstanding balance is £680 ,we are thinking of offering these a full and final and then dumping payplan and just paying drysdenfairfax...

Getting no-where with Halifax mortgage complaint

I have written to FSA, OFT and Trading Standards regarding a survey Halifax allegedly carried out on our new home. My complaint is two-fold.

Had a client aproach us asking for some help as they have been stung with a £95k+ bill from HMRC.
From what i can tell it appears that between 2002 and 2012 they had rental properties which were never declared to HMRC and got caught...

Looked at a property being advertised with a local agent that had an open day opposed to the usual making an appointment debacle.
The property has been repossesed and the agent is selling on behalf of "a corporate client - a bank".

I had a ltd company along with another director. We ran out of work and no longer trade. We had a overdraft of 5k and have not paid anything back. At the time we took this overdraft there was a garantee in place, however i believe this needs to be re-applied...
