Has anyone been plagued by telephone calls concerning the reclaiming of PPI?

We have for the last few months been plagued by recorded message calls concerning the reclaiming of mis sold PPI throughout the day and early evening.

There have been several from Indian call centres...

Nothing has happened yet - no need to worry lol.

I just have a question. I know for unfair dismissal etc you need to have been employed 12 months, but I am assuming within that 12 months, barring any probationery period, that due process still has to be followed??
