Cardif Pinnacle / NRAM reclaim hassle
Evening all,
Back again and this time I need serious help as I want to take Cardif Pinnacle/ NRAM to court to reclaim PPI.
To cut a very long story short, I had MPPI with NRAM underwritten by Cardif Pinnacle.

Hey me again
I placed a dispute with equifax online help system. I was disputing o2 searches they did 5 in a month god knows why they felt the need to do so many i only applied for once.
Any ways equifax updated the ticket with sent to 3rd party then a day later the ticket...

Water bills 2012 to 2013
Received my water bill in the door this morning, crikey it's gone up lots.
Although I expect others will be paying more than me so I shouldnt really grumble really.
What I would like to know is, does the actual bill go on your own individual household itself?

Well I am new to the forum and think its great! I have gone into arrangements with my creditors. Lately some of the letters received amounts are not adding up and it has triggered me investigating unenforceability. If they can supply info then thats fine, atleast i can actually see my statements...

probable repossession
Hi guys n gals, i hope someone can help with my problem...
we moved into a rented flat in April 2011, signing a 12 month tenancy agreement.

As some of you know, I've been doing UE with Niddy for some time now.
The UE side of things is going really well. However I have two other pressing assets:
1) Personal Loan for a car, that is getting rapidly behind on.
