Does anyone know if you are entitled to accrued holida y pay when dismissed for gross misconduct. I always thought that it was summary dismissal without notice or accrued holiday pay. However i have read that under the working time directive you are entitled to accrued holiday pay. It may not seem right...

Can anyone tell me what the rules are about ESA and unpaid work.
I am on ESA wrag I think (lower rate 99.15 PW) and have been told by someone else that i am required to do some unpaid work. Will that affect my ESA and how many hours/days work could I do (if any)

When we did used to get working tax, this was never paid the same time as child tax.
Child tax have always been paid to me weekly to myself, and when we did have working tax it was every 4 weeks to hubby.
