Evening all!
A very quick question.
I have been subject to an erroneous transfer and and now back with my original supplier. At no point have I paid anyone and my current and originals supplier says I don't have an account with them.
They are reporting to my credit file that I am paying on time every month.
All very strange but can anyone advise me what to do? I have tried contacting the supplier numerous times but they can't do anything as I apparently don't have an active account .
