    Re: Lending Stream

Hi Natty, sorry to hear that everything is happening at once. I can't help, but SnV will be along with more advice as he is our payday specialist.

I have so much going on in my life at the moment (post people do) my Dad has not been well since the beginning of December and had to have a CAT scan a couple of days ago. The hospital called on Friday afternoon and he has to go and see the consultant on Monday. My Mum & Dad are my back bone. I would never ever put my problems on their shoulders. I pray my Dad gets postive results

SnV as I mentioned in my initial post, I have a pounds 2 pockets loan i took out in August 2014 for £1100. Payments have been approx £179 per month since then. In November I rolled the loan over, so I have to make a monthly payment of £179 until November 2015.

I have not missed a payment as yet, my next payment is due on the 30.01.15, however I will not be able to make the full payment.

Please can you offer some guidance and how this company operates to customers who cannot make full payment?
Hi Natty - sorry to hear you've been having a tough time - have a look around the forum as we don't just deal with debt issues and theres help and support on family stuff too

        http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/f...4-allabout-YOU

With regard to P2P, you may recall I mentioned they are all part of CasheuronetUK (who operate several other payday loan companies). Their attitude is usually to harass and refuse payment offers until the debt is 6 months or so in default (so they can add up charges etc), and mainly sell debts on to Arc Europe (a debt collection agency).

Could you provide the same information that you did for Lending Stream Please?

Question is - what do you want to do? What is the maximum that you could afford to offer them if you were to set up a monthly payment plan?

        Best
        SnV

                Hi Natty,

looks like a positive response even if just a short lived one - this shows that they are at least attempting to keep you and FOS informed which is a good sign if you ask me.

I wouldnt expect that there will be much else to add until after they have responded on Friday .

Ok, so if no pre-contract information was provided, and no risk warning provided, then this works for you slightly.

I just want to confirm that you also cancelled the CPA with your bank for this company also - not just LS, wasn't quite clear in your initial postings.

When you rolled over the loan in December - were you sent a new consumer credit agreement to sign?

                    Hi Kilasuit

I really did not expect LS to respond so quickly, not after reading some of the dealings in other cases. As SnV said maybe, just maybe the FOS picking this case up so quickly may just help my case. Also LS would have received SnV letter by now.

                        I'm fine, thanks for asking

Unfortunately my day job keeps me away sometimes, don't worry though I keep tabs on dates in the threads in this section to remind myself when responses are needed!

I have found the above that is stated on the new contract, however I do not remember seeing this. I am unsure, it has my name and address printed below were it states signature? And an X in the agree box.
