Whattttttttttttttt!bla bla bla it goes on. use the cat again no thank you.!

              and they ignore FOS Guidelines because the monopolies commission allowed them all to swallow up the competition they think they are the law and any other law is no relevant to them, but of course FOS/FSA only provide Guidelines therefore they say we do not have to comply as they are only guidelines, = no wonder this country is in such a mess.

                        letter from Impact to-day states you have 72 Hours to make payment if not will result in a notice of Default being issued, letter dated 1st March 2013 = to-days date 8th March 2013, what idiots.

                        Well in view of the fact they refuse to accept the payments I offered and markers on CRA file which will never drop off if I continue to pay them then I might as well record all correspondence as I do to show I tried to get an agreement, then a default will have to be lodged and then drop off after 6 years where a AR marker would restart the 6 year time clock, they are prats they could get some if they agreed as situation can change over time, but they will have threat as usual and I will file, it is no use paying them anything if it less than charges etc, I keep a spreadsheet as well up dating every month. also my request for e-mail correspondence only being ignored.

                          Scotcall dealt with them on behalf of my daughter, who Lowells put on her for a shop direct account, do not like an actual Bill being sent to them which is for more than they are chasing, built up of:- my time, cost of recorded delivery, time spent responding and travel to post office in response to their threatograms, etc they have sent the account back to Lowells due to the content of the last letter (Bill) to them.

                            Well well multiple calls on phone within 2 minutes all 1 no number on 1471 to 02087599577 which was the last 1471 as no time to check as next all ringing, like the other day reported. 3 calls in 2 minutes.
