        Apologies, templates (AAD) is locked at the moment.

        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

                  Sending letter to Morecrap, informing them to remove trace on my CRA file as they are not the owners of any agreement, or have any agreement with me, also told them I am charging them for my time if I have to chase them on it.

                  No authorised search into any of my Credit Files is authorised by me, as you are not the owner of any agreements with me direct, this is an invasion of Privacy,, YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO REMOVE ANY TRACE OF THE SAID SEARCH WITHIN MY CREDIT FILES FORTHWITH!!!!!.

                  A FEE OF£30.00 has been recorded onto my spreadsheet, which will record any invasion of MY PRIVACY for which you break,. (Payment within 14 days also the removal of search data within 14 days). Failure will incur further charges including postal charges and £18.00 per hour rate responding/

                    chasing letter ready to send off as no reply as yet! and spreadsheet attached with response cost added.

                    In their usual way they will no doubt run very soon, usually after 2nd letter, but of course the entry on CRA file for them to get away will have to be removed, or the spreadsheet will increase as we go along.

                      Did receive a letter from shopdirect stating there are no records of calls to the number I complained about, so NDR etc are not part of them? and to prove the numbers which I stated called my number! well will send as any intecepted are recorded/logged date and time/number called. no calls for a while now, must be worried after that court case for harrasement they all seem to have stopped calling.

                          Very - default notice received to-day! ignorant twits, a dispute exist. also latest monthly bill from next door NDR.

                          Letter dated 2nd September 2013.= Recived 7th September 2013 by TNT Post - C9 10002.
                          Rectify by 16th September 2013.

                                Morecrap letter to-day, they say near begging to deal with them as if not account may only be passed to sombody else.
