    The answer is very simple, the regulators should force all of the B*****DS to obey the law and stop trying to fiddle every h'penny out of the consumer they feel they csn bleed dry.

      But wouldn't the so-called regulators such as the Fundamentally Supine Authority first have to find their officially issued finger removing tool?

        Of Course CC, but notice the movement in the OFT once their jobs were under threat.
