    Well fancy that. The FCA has identified 15 "financial institutions" which need to overhaul the way they handle their customers' complaints, presumably because these businesses were getting things very wrong. We could have told them that with evidence.

    So why didn't the FCA name and shame those 15 businesses?

    Those of us on who are are on the front line of this Treating Customers Unfairly scandal could name them if asked, because we're not afraid to stand up to these bullies.

    Maybe the FCA should also overhaul its own complaints procedure while they're at it . . . .
