    The best part of this story is the Daily Mail continually referring to the FOS Adjudicator/Case Worker as a "junior official"

    How can anyone fail to see that a court order (the divorce settlement) overrules any silly idea that Santander (and the "junior official" at the FOS) have that the PPI refund should be split 50/50 with her ex-husband It's just proves what I've always thought which is the FOS Adjudicators' training is narrow to say the least.
