    Ok Fine, If claimants receive housing benefit to pay the rent, why not put that as a loan? Let's be fair! No chance of pushing this one through.

      It's getting more and more difficult to try and carve out a life for yourself in this country.

      No mention of the rent that gets paid via tenants to subsidise a landlord's mortgage.....
