OFT to decide on payday firms referral

The trading watchdog will announce next Thursday whether it plans to refer payday lenders for a full-blown investigation by the Competition...

If they dont then the OFT must be a busted flush.

Interesting only 50 of the 240 operators were in OFT's censure.

What about the other 190. And they seem to account for only 10% of the market. Is this the market the bigger ones wont touch? The sub sub sub prime?
