    Trouble being a Pensioner who cannot get any help due to various silly pensions minus Tax, I loose out because I tried to help myself over a few year (put some aside for retirement) albeit not much but it has gone against me, those in the situation who did not get free this free that = I have to do without, Council tax is fraud as my O.H. earns more than I receive, yet they insist that she has to make greater contribution to Council Tax than I can afford, that is basically the way Poll Tax worked.
