CCA'd Barclays in 2014 - got a recon that Niddy thought was UE at the time.

              • Sorry Jo I only just picked up your response. Last payment to BC would have been May 2011.

                  • Hi Jo, I have dug out the box with all letters etc, the one that didn't go away. Last payment to BC was April 2011. I recall sending a CCA request in 2012 and getting a response. I just filed it and hoped it would go away. I am hoping to have all the details on my Diary by the morning.

one matter that confuses me, I last payed April 2011 but the default was registered in the December. When does it become statute barred?

                    Cheers

I have now updated my diary to include my Hoist/Robson Way/ Barclaycard diary. Thanks for your patients all.
Niddy has had a look at CCA response, . Don't we all just love Niddy! Diary updated.

                      • I hope lots more people find this site. Still it's nice to know that even though they are helping thousands of people they still find time to write to us. Ahhhhh. Wish they bloody wouldn't.

                            • Hello everybody I am new. I have an MKDP moved to Robinson Way in 2016. I have not paid the debt now for at least three years. I have been left some money by my uncle and I want to pay it off. It is not on my credit record anymore. It is £6440 and I offered £1500 2 years ago when my grandmother died and they refused. I have three debts and I want to pay them all off. Can I have opinions on whether they will accept a similar offer three years later after having no payments at all? Every year they send me a financial form to fill in and when I send it back I hear nothing for a year again. I will never work again, I have no assets. Thank you.

If you could give us a little more detail, when was the debt(s) taken out, who they originaly were with, and what has happened up to now, we may be able to point you in the right direction.
Have you ever sent for the CCA ( Consumer Credit Agreement) you signed when they were taken out?
