The buggers have got my mobile number somehow and have been ringing! Obviously blocked each number and txt message but their on my case.Comment

I think they're allowed to call once a day. Rather then have the stress of avoiding repeated attempts throughout the day you could 'answer and then disconnect' or just be polite and say what you said before. :-) You could refer them to your financial advisor and supply a phone box number or a gay chat line number :-)Comment

Some. Good news today after a year or so of letters ,I received two letters for two of my barclaycard accounts saying they have written off the accounts ,due to not being able to resolve my query in a satisfactory manner
i would like like to thank all the great people on here who gave me the tools to get this done especially Admin

I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
