We at AAD are proud to work closely with Joanna Connolly LLB (Hons), a Solicitor Advocate specialising in consumer credit litigation who provides initial pro bono (free) advice for AAD+ forum members.
Joanna was previously Head of Consumer Credit Litigation at MSB Solicitors and has had extensive litigation experience both at County Court and High Court level. Joanna had conduct of the lead Consumer Credit Act High Court case Carey v HSBC Bank Plc [2009] EWHC 3417 (QB) as well as cases in the Court of Appeal.
Joanna has recently set up her own law firm – Joanna Connolly Solicitors - and can provide legal advice, and where required representation in defending County Court claims, dealing with statutory demands issued by creditors, mortgage mis-selling etc.
Both fixed fee and CFA’s are available depending on the circumstances of the case. AAD+ members will receive preferential rates.
