well see how they like it reading nonsense - we get it from them daily - about time someone done it back.

In fact you've given me a devious plan..... I will send a bunch of letters to random banks and DCA's and see who replies, but funniest will be the content cos I'll whinge about Bob Diamonds bonus to HSBC etc - see what they think when I'm sending the wrong letters and wrong replies to the wrong bank

    * I must be bored

BOS was the reminder about missing prescribed terms as here.

      Moorcroft / Halifax was here.

Still, 2 confused DCAs / Banks isn't a bad result.

I'd just ignore them both for now - don't bother going back to re-post

Its almost 2wks ago we suggested doing that - lol.

You can't beat a good bit of procrastinating!

Just realised I haven't sent the wrong items.

I sent a letter to Blair, Oliver Scott at their Fife address but didn't put Mrs RTBs BOS account number on it, just their reference as it was in reply to their letter.

Somehow the letter to BLOS/BOS was forwarded to the Halifax, who also operate out of a Fife address. Maybe HBOS connection?

The original BLOS/BOS letter complete with signed for envelope was returned to me from the Halifax with their covering letter.

          Does it make sense?

Nope - not at all but not to worry, just leave things as they are anyway

Mrs RTB Bank of Scotland credit card as here.

Latest missive from them is 'immediate action required' within 5 days of this letter. If I don't pay up or come to a plan they may send a rep round or court action. Seeing as P2C have already been round on this account I'm a bit narked.

Anything I should send in follow up to my recent 'missing proscribed terms' letter or just ignore?

When did you send the letter and who is making these threats, you don't say?

Mrs RTB Barclaycard cc as here.

Captain Slow here seems to have missed Flowerpower's advice to send a CCA request to this account back in this post!

Can we belatedly confirm a CCA request should be winging it's way to Mercers?

Blair Oliver Scott on behalf of BOS. Letter informing them of missing prescribed terms was sent on the 6th of Jan using Signed For. This was the one where it was returned by the Halifax! together with the envelope showing it had been originally sent to Blair Oliver Scott.

I can either resend the initial missing prescribed terms of maybe a follow up, depending on whether I think they read the first letter! Or summat like that.

Nah - no need to send anything, BOS is part of HBOS

Thanks Niddy! This card has a fat balance on it so it will be interesting to see how it works out.
