I have scanned the court forms for the NW overdraft, but can anyone remember what I do with them to get them into the protected content area?

The postie has delivered their response to my CCA request and very peculiar it is too.

All printed on A4 paper from an office printer we have 7 sides of a CCA agreement with 8 sides of a Conditions of use agreement. All unsigned of course.

Covering letter tells me they're 'Reconstituted'. They also tell me that a copy of the original signed form is winging it's way to me from their relevant department.

They also warn me about using the services of those dastardly 'claims management companies'

Do we have a UE here? Niddy, let me know if you want me to scan these in for your perusal.

              Ta.
Regards to the letter you uploaded, just ignore for the time being....

                Re: Roomtobreathe's UE diary

When it rains the slugs come out. I've just had a phone call from Moorcroft. Co-incidence?

Anyway, it was to do with the Halifax CC below, currently paying on a DMP although the Halifax are only reducing the interest.

allaboutFORUMS - View Single Post - Roomtobreathe's UE diary

They sent me a letter saying to call them with a repayment plan. Then they called the house phone. Usual circular arguements - provide security details / no / why not? / cos I don't know who you are / but we sent you a letter asking you to call / I don't want to speak on the phone, send me a letter / but we already have / so what's the phone call about then / we can't discuss this on the phone unless you clear security / I don't know who you are ......

                An entertaining 5 minutes.

So I'm going to get in quick with a don't visit, call etc, everything in writing letter. I haven't done a CCA request so would this be a good time to do so? This was an account opened in 2005 so I might be in with a chance of getting them to leave me alone.

                          Halifax CC

Got a reply from Moorcroft re CCA request.

They say they've asked Halifax for the documents and will stop the collection process.

Then they ask for 'an indication of the information you will be relying upon, when giving evidence to the court or information to the relevant statutory authorities in relation to the alleged subject matter of this account.'

They haven't a fecking clue have they? I don't even think a reply is worthy of a second class stamp.

Which "division" of Moorcroft was it?

If its the "Pre Litigation Division" thats the pre school potty training group located in the basement toilets of Moorcroft Manor.

As I2D says wait to see what comes next and then roll some threat or other back at them and they usually run for the hills and send the account back to the OC.
