***MKDP is now dealing with both my barclaycard accounts together.

1/11/13 I received letter from MKDP dated 28th October 2013 (see post 560) was advised to send "Final Response - UE (CCA Received) ", sent via 1st class RD.
Also received letter from Keynes dated 29th October 3013 ,"Notice of Intended Legal Action". Advised to send a copy of CCA requested from DCA. See post #565 & #569

Received letter dated 2//1/14 from MKDP (#572), same old garbage, advised to send Final Response - UE (CCA Received) template.

9/1/14 Final Response - UE (CCA Received) letter ready to send off in the morning via RD.

Barclaycard will never admit that they have an unenforceable account. Just send the letter and expect further garbage from them.

I would, if I were you, send a copy of what you sent the DCA to Keynes with a wee cover note saying 'please see attached a copy of what was sent to MKDP'.....

Yes, Keynes sent the "Notice of Intended Legal Action" on 29/10/13 and MKDP sent their letter on 28/10/13.

I will send a copy of Final Response - UE (CCA Received to Keynes with a cover note that I have responded MKDP to as you advised.

Regarding which account Keynes chasing, they are both Barclays and its chasing the account with the largest balance (Barclaycard 1).
