I am going to send documents to Niddy, cannot find previous CCA that Arrow have sent. Its in the house somewhere, just don't want to delay replying to Arrow

OK I'd get off a new CCA request to Arrow Global now, I think they may be going to issue papers so if you can get a CCA off that should delay them for a time. This is what I'd do if it were me.

Get it off first class recorded to-day

you can send as many cca requests as you like, just not within a month of each other, I'd send a copy to Restons as well marked clearly COPY

ok I know they are saying may result in proceedings but I think it needs to be taken as an LBA, coos Restons can be a little trigger happy with court papers.

Thank you MrsD. Will do. But out of curiosity, Restons letters said their clients have already complied my CCA request back in 2014. Sending CCA again will buy more time?
