Why compare? It doesn't work like that. No two cases are the same.

The point of UE is that you're delaying things till SB and that means you'd need to be able to stand there in court and state whether you have seen these terms before or not. If not you declare not.

It's a question of who to believe; if it got that far of course

8/5/13 Resend CCA request as been ignoring letters

    Hi All!

Received my Egg CCA today, it was requested again on 8/5/13 because I have been ignoring their letters. Took their time though.
I have uploaded it in the "secure content" and waiting for Niddy's or other experts advise.

Here's the letter that came with the CCA.

Thank you in advance. bobo x

Now that Barclays have admitted they do not have my CCA, MK Rapid Recoveries whom is the new owner of the outstanding balance is still trying to collect money owed.
Do I ignore or is there a template I can send them please? Thank you in advance xx

You have won! Congratulations! Unlike Barclaycard to admit UE, I had to fight through FOS and still did not get an admission from them.

    Thanks for reply Niddy.
Was thinking go for the lowest first and keep offering them the same amount for a while......fingers crossed they'll get sick of me and eventually will give me a figure that I am comfortable with to pay them.
    Will CCA them tomorrow.

Please advise where do I go from here......what other templates can I use now? Or shall I CCA them again? Many thanks!!

With this account being enforceable, I have offered F&F on 8/5/13 and got refused,
they rather accept the £1 monthly offer payment for 6 months.
Now the time is up and they have start chasing again

Received "Notice of Doorstep Collection" letter from Debt Managers today.
Going to send the £1 offer letter to them again and see what happens.
