Sorry to sound dim....I am baffled with what you are saying. if you read the letter in post #592 from MKDP, will that help?

If that is the case did you send those documents to Niddy to check out at the time?

Maybe MKDP are relying on that stuff from Barclaycard as compliance with your CCA request.

Sorry for all the questions but let's get to the bottom of this for you while we still have time

Yes, I have sent the T&C to Niddy back then, Niddy confirmed its UE
I don't know how to include the letter I received from MKDP, if you take alook at post #592 (5th March 2014), you will see the letter.

    Thank you.

I have recently had the same from MKDP a letter from Barclaycard (never received) copy sent from MKDP simply enclosing terms & conditions. On the basis of this, MKDP now deem my agreement to be enforceable. Posted on the forum. They are taking the p__s.

From what you say MKDP have still not complied with your CCA request made on 26th January 2014, and they've admitted that in a letter to you on 25th May 2014 (please correct me if I've misunderstood the situation).

Normally I would suggest you simply tell Keynes that MKDP are in default of your request, but that seems to fall on deaf ears with them these days (I've fighting two claims from them at the moment) so you may need to send another one i.e. CCA request.

We also have a specific LBA response template to send which we'll link to you tomorrow so you can get it in Tuesday's post if we think you need to do both things.

    Check back tomorrow.

Thank you PlanB! Yes, you are correct.
OK! Will check back tomorrow for the template.

    Hi All!

Received "Notice of intended legal action" letter from Keynes Collections dated 26/3/15.
As I have received letter from MKDP back in 20/5/14, admitting they are unable to provide a copy of the credit agreement.

Shall I sent a copy of the letter to Keynes?

    Thank you on advance.

8/5/13 Request CCA again as been ignoring letters

Received letter from arrow global dated 22/5/13

16/6 sent template as Niddy advised. Please read post #523

Received letter from Blake Lapthorn dated 3/7/13. Please see post #524

6/7/13 Niddy advised to sent a cover letter and attached a copy of what I sent to the dca and tell them, "attached is a copy of my letter to Arrow Global to which I'm still awaiting a response"...

Received letter dated 22/7/13 from Blake Lapthorn, saying they have queried my letter to their client (Arrow) and will revert to me as soon as possible.

25/9/13 Received letter from Blake Lapthorn and Financial means Questionnaire.

26/9/13 Replied to Blake Lapthron saying I am still waiting for my CCA request from Arrow

Received letter from Arrow Global dated 17/3/15 saying account been tranferred to Moorcroft debt collection

Received letter from Moorcroft dated 27/3/15. See post #672
    Hi All!

Not heard from these guys (Sainsbury credit card) for a while.

    Chasing starts again

Reeived letters from Arrow dated 17/3/15 and Moorcroft. dated 27/3/15

Letter from Arrow basically says management of account been transferred to Moorcroft Debt Recovery Ltd, all direct queries should go to Moorcroft.

I have attached the letter from Moorcroft for your all to see.

Right! I am planning to send them a covering letter stating them to response to my CCA request back in 2013.
Please advise if I am doing it wrong, still don't have the confidence to deal with this by myself

    Thank you all in advance

    Hi Niddy!

I have replied to your emails.

And hope I have not confused you with the muddle up of the term 26 from Restons and Arrow.

    Thank you!
