    12/6 Sent Threat by Lender/DCA - To commence litigation template
    29/6 Received letter form Moorcroft, saying it is a legal requirement to send a notice of intended litigation
    29/6 send enough is enough template
    30/8 received "final response to complaint letter" from moorcroft, saying account is on hold for 14 days and to contact them to arrange paymentplan.
    2/9 send account is in dispute
    16/9 received "possible litigation" letter from moorcroft
    31/5/12 Received noa letter from arrow global and letter from sainsbury(both in same envelope), saying they've assigned all of its respective rights, title and interest to arrow global

    Received noa letter from arrow global and letter from sainsbury (both in same envelope) stating they have assigned all of its respective rights, title and interest to arrow global.

    Sending "account sold whilst in dispute" template.

    Just panicking so much didn't realise I have left the name on. Cant think straight at the moment.

    Hmmm, you ought to now respond to it and actually be a little clearer; Paul posted how to respond to a letter of claim but I don't have it handy so will wait for a mod to post it for you.

    14/4/12 Received letter from dryensfairfax

    Please advice what I need to do next.

    To be honest inbetween 10/3/12 up to now, letters have been ignored, either from Arrow or Rossendales.
    Its just going round and round in circles.
    Looks like I will need to send Rossendales a copy of the "Account sold in dispute" which I sent to Arrow back in 21/1/12.
    But that is good anything to keep them on there toes and out of court to reach that SB date.

    Send them a copy of the one you sent previously, with a short covering note.

    "please refer to my previous letter to xxxxxxxxxx, copy attached"

    Make it clear that you are waiting for your complaint to be resolved.
