Received letter from Regal Credit today.

Please advice what template to send them next? Going round and round in circles......if I don't reply to them, I am afraid they'll put a charging order on the house.

The account is UE and the letter I received today says:

"Our client reliably informs us that they complied with your request on 19th October 2010, and issued their final response to you with regards to this matter on 18th April 2011."
