Its probably them rectifying the original one, which they seem to do a lot now. So long as the original default date is the same as the time the account was defaulted, then its only one DN. For instance, if the original one shows a default date of 10th June 2008 then this should also match your credit file record. If the new DN shows a new date now, of say 10th March 2011, this would be wrong.
So you need to check against the credit agency really, but right now i'd not worry about the defaults, if anything keep the proof (ie letters) and then at a later date, look to fight it.
