Hi Billy, Don't worry too much about Calders they ARE Barcalycard like Mercers acorss the office gangway. The DN issued by Mercers is in all likelyhood defective so any of Calders threats to pay what is not yet due or the full outstanding balances do not hold any water at all.

Yes, I've been doing a lot of reading on here and as I was typing up my diary last night I couldn't quite believe how many times I'd written " - ignored"!!!! I've got 'a few' more entries to add to my diary so it will probably take me longer then the couple of days that I first anticipated! Let's hope I can stack up a few more unenforceables out of that little lot.

Well they've supplied current terms, ie notice the £12 late fee charge - this should read £25 so it's a recon and not relevant to yours.... ie still

In the 'CCA Query - Missing Prescibed Terms' letter, it states that the CCA reply is included. Is this necessary as, in the instance that I am looking at sending, the document that they sent is about 20 pages long.
