But we sorted that didn't we? Wasn't this those shoes or summat daft like that?I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

Shame they could not have sorted it out but even though it was to save them the FOS charge she did a good job for you. Also very nice that you gave a good report back to the big boss as there are a lot of people who would not have botheredWhen you have nothing you have nothing to lose

why are they still in business??
And also their "easy payment" terms, of course. If their customers could get credit terms or use a credit card elsewhere, they'd probably find that the catalogue offers are not the cheapest.

20/01/2012... notice of assignment from Global. Account now managed by Westcott
24/03/2012..Letter from Moorcroft. They have been instructed by Arrow Global to collect debt. Legal requirement to send notice of intended litigation even if i dont read it. Goes on about a claim may be issued without further notice etc. Happy to accept payment plan i can afford etc
02/04/2012...Letter from Moorcroft .Possible Litigation.List of charges etc.Still possible to avoid by setting up affordable repayment plan

I cant believe DCA's are this thick.
Just had a read of the letter from the link and if they continue to harass you, they must be brain dead.I used to be afraid of the post... Now I look forward to it - so I can stick it to the DCA's
