It's almost finished, as far as the forum side of things go. Then we have the two websites and that'll be that! Should be completed by the end of the year, totally!

Ahh, look forward to catching up with the hubby, miss chatting to him (I think) lol

You're right about excuses, to be honest if I was in the same boat i'd probably get Mrs Niddy doing more! Women do seem more organised when it comes to these sorts of things! Ask a man to file and he'll come back with one of these

Not a word about this account until today, they have sent out a letter and a copy of current T&C, they have also sent a copy of a blank cancellation form, and also a sheet of covering paper with "Your Right to Cancel" paragraph and my name & address typed on.

They said in the letter that they had enclosed a copy of my original executed agreement - don't think so - there is a cancellation form but no agreement. How they hell are these people 'responsible' for people's money?!?!? Do they think you don't notice that paperwork is missing - muppets, muppets, muppets.

            End of little rant [/quote:1u3j5syi]

Letter from Westcot this morning, they have now got this so will send out Account in Dispute letter and wait for a reply.

Hope everyone is well today, raining here and cold :

Morning Niddy, hope you had a good weekend. Another letter this morning from Robinsons Way, they have now enclosed copy statements (which I never asked for!!!) and want payment proposals within 10 days. Sent out your letter to them on 25 October and the one I received from them was dated 29 October, do I just leave it or send out another letter?

                  Thank you 2[/quote:w678il6k]

Next letter from Robinsons about BOS CC, it says 'We are satisfied that the documentation provided is sufficient to demonstrate liability and we will not enter into repetitive correspondence regarding this. Your data will continue to be processed in line with the principles of the Data Protection Act.........If you neglect to make payment to us, further action may be taken against you.'

They want payment proposals within 14 days. What letter do I send to them now, please tell me there is a nice stroppy one out there for them ;LOL ;LOL

                  Thanks as always

Hiya, nope - you've completed communication - now you need them to take further action so you can argue with whoever/whatever action they decide on next! Just sit tight with this for the time being.... ;-)

Then go on to say that 'in order to avoid any possible action being taken against you, you are required to contact Triton within 14 days from the date of this letter, in order to arrange a mutually acceptable repayment plan' I sent out letter to Triton on 30 Sept, do I send anything else out or just leave it for now?

                              Thanks Niddy ;Thum
Just leave it for the moment - no action necessary as you've already wrote to them haven't you?[/quote:18cuo1r8]

Hi, thanks for quick replies. Yes have already written to Triton so will file it with the rest.

Well our turn for a solicitors letter, got one today from Green & Co. ;F-

It says 'We are instructed by our client Triton who are instructed by RBS. We understand that, despite formal demand for repayment, the above amount remains unpaid and we are likely to be instructed to commence court proceedings against you, without further notice.

However before we commence these proceedings, you have one final opportunity to make payment of the above amount within the next seven days. Should our client not receive payment or acceptable proposals within seven days, it can only be assumend that you will not settle this matter on amicable and reasonable terms. We are then likely to be instructed to commence court proceedings against you on our client's behalf'.

Wondering Niddy if ok to email this agreement to you, it was one you were not 100% sure of and wondered if you could have another look before sending out a reply to Green & Co.

Thank you (am not shaking, thought I would be when one of these came in)

                              Cheers y
