Diddles will sort out bank account with Barclays so next pay will go in there.

So I am sending out the CCA requests to anyone else or I am just stopping paying them? (sorry am i being a bit thick... bear with me...)

Not sure about phone number.... might change it but most of the time they call during the day and hey guess what I'm not here... Most of them only have my home number.

Well done! Just sit tight and wait for responses then we'll work through everything....

Time to cancel your dmp. You can do a new one at any time so don't fret...

Cancel all payments from your bank, don't tell the lenders what you're doing but notify your dmp company (if appropriate) or if self managed, cancel all standing orders

Er, i think Niddy answered that earlier LooLoo ^^^^ & send out CCA requests to those you haven't so far, apart from the Co-op. Wait until you set up an alternative account first.

As for the phone number it's easier to change it really but depends on how much hassle it would cause you in terms of family & friends.

Rather late but welcome to the club LooLoo!

For some reason I thought you'd already gone down the BR route (probably cos you post on the BR boards)

UE is certainly a bumpy journey but there's lots of great advice from Niddy and lots of support from the rest of the club - both of which you're well aware of!

As I am on my own DMP i just ring up and pay on my debit card - so obv won't do that next month...... is that right??

Sooo, time to cancel the DMP - in your case, no more payments. Before sending a CCA to CoOp, open a new bank account.

Good start - this is UE as it uses the term "Approved Limit" which is not legally sound, however that depends on the actual Egg Judgment interpretation doesn't it?

To me, it's still UE so you ought to treat it as such and send this back: ---> viewtopic.php?p=1503#p1503

I have done the other CCA requests (apart from Co-op) but forget cheques from Mr Loo - so will send them off tomorrow....

Just a quick update...

Egg have called a few times and sent emails to my online account - not responded to my last letter.

Also I am sending SAR requests out on Monday as need all the info on all my account for my financial settlement in my divorce case - which is on 28th Feb so not really got a cat in hells chance of getting them back in time....
