Questions:
1. I'm assuming this is a good thing getting default issued on this?
2. Am I correct in thinking they can't take any action against me as they have yet to either acknowledge CCA request or provide it?
3. Why do they think that PUTTING WORDS IN CAPITALS WILL MAKE ME REACT?

Anyone know if Niddy is about?

Don't think it is worth scanning and emailing the the CCAs on the two a/cs so will be blagging - just wondering should I be thinking of sending a letter? Or do I just wait to see what they send me next before doing anything?

it's always worth uploading to Niddy
you just never know
usually best first blag for EN is no prescribed terms
but definitely let Nids see it first

Question:
Folks am going to blag for a bit. Should I send anything now? I was going to hold off sending something due to the fact I only stopped my DMP on 6th June my creditors would have received reduced payment on 25th of this month. So from July they won't receive anything. Do you think holding off till near end of July before sending MPT letter is an idea?

Thanks for confirming this. No point in wasting my time and postage costs just at the moment. Will put it in my diary to post MPT letter end of July. Then I shall wait patiently to see what they send me
