    PLAN Bs Random UE Diary

    I crept in here in February after getting my first ever court papers (not counting my divorce obviously) which had arrived over Christmas I prayed to Google for help and I got Niddy. Best present ever. I didn't start a diary then because with 23 creditors and £150k debt it was going to be a bit of a mission keeping up with everything, and I was dead embarrassed at having messed up too. To be fair to me it was Lehman Brothers who messed up but I got caught up in the fallout. No credit facilty = no business. And anyway I didn't want to bore everyone with tales of my foolishness.

    But I'm having a bad day today so decided to take a step closer. I've been hanging out in the Legal section mostly (I wonder why?) where I have been held together by some truly remarkable total strangers while a creditor tried to steal my home. But our preferred solicitor put a halt to that crisis That just leaves me with 22 others to battle

    So there you have it, Plan B is in deep financial poop but fighting for my life with help from this website. And that works. I'll post up my highs and lows (mostly lows sadly) and ask silly qustions when I get stuck. On a more positive note I have 11 creditors so far admit to £73k debt being unenforceable, so I'll live to fight another day even if I spend it in my pyjamas with the curtains closed like today

    To be fair to me it was Lehman Brothers who messed up but I got caught up in the fallout.

    You were not the only one...............

      More imporantly why didn't I get one of those AAD fanfare Welcomes that other new arrivals get when I burst on to the scene last February?
