    HI Doozy

    Some sort of paper trail would be helpful are you saying that Optima have gone to court within 3 letters? Which templates were you using? If you give us chapter and verse of this someone will be along to have a look.

    optima

    hi have just joined today, and have up till now have 2 debts that I have hopefully been in my opinion unenforcible.
    however optima have started court procedings.
    mbna sent me an application form, so wrote back the application template.
    I have stated to the court I am defending due to no relevant cca.
    optima then wrote back I should withdraw as client complied, then sent the application form, but this time with a load of papers attached to the application form as if it were the cca agreement.
    Can anyone help
