    MBNA Aktiv Kapital/ can i appeal CCJ

    MBNA card from 2005
    defaulted 2012
    MBNA passed to Aktiv Kapital
    court proceedings
    I argued unenforceabilty on grounds that the copy of the agreement supplied was not readable.
    Claimant argued that providing the t&cs in addition to the copy was okay. judge agreed.

        When was the hearing? Was it a trial or did they go for summary judgment? Have you requested a transcript of the judgment from the court?
