I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

Omg what is going on, just had another letter this time from the unenforceable Barclays demanding payment before legal action is taken! all had gone quiet on all fronts last year, do they have to make a big push at this time of year they all seem to be really on one these first two months of the year...
Well I will send the litigation letter, I have put their letter in the private section for records...Comment

Bloody hell the recoveries agents for Barclays have sent a final demand literally only a few days later!! this is unenforceable and they are saying the baliffs are coming/property will be removed/court etc!!!
All this is coming at once, sleepless nights abound, I hate winter!Comment

this is all to frighten you
for any of this to happen, they would have to go to court, prove their case!!!!, get a CCJ, then you would have to not pay the agreed payments, then they would have to go to court again to get some sort of warrant for enforcement
so basically a load of old baloney
looks like the letter you sent on 14th has crossed with this, so wait and see what happens next, they'll probably punt it on....................Comment

Thanks Even, after months of nothing happening...it feels like my house of straw is falling down, paying £90 a month now for one of the enforceable ones, another was enforceable so that will be two to pay soon...and now this Barclays one which is for a much bigger amount, but the difference is that this is unenforceable so I may have some hope...(lets hope Cap One have thrown me in the bin lol!)Comment
