Hi all, Mint have sent a letter giving me 28 days to give a response to the latest demand, have already sent them the threat of litigation letters which they have attached copies of to this latest letter...what do you reckon the next step should be?

          Cheers....

You could get a cheap, fresnel magnifier from eBay - link - then send them the letters again with the suggestion they be handed to the specialist member of staff who is able to read. Enclose the magnifier.

Well again no news is good news! not heard anything from Mint who to be honest I am blagging, but also the unenforceable ones from Capital One and Barclays have not been in touch...hopefully touch wood I have heard the last of them...

Nice touch to beat Barclays aswell!

Thanks so much Niddy and everyone else who helped me on here...and good luck to the rest of you...

Hi all, the arrangement I set up in Jan to pay £90 a month is now under review they say and only 6 months later they want all my outgoing/ingoings...copy of wage slips etc...thing is I cant find my original I filled in back then.

I have an agreement letter set up with the £90 till 2016, if I have to fill a new form in now its going to be different and they could do something else?

Why cant they just let the original £90 arrangement stand?

                        Cheers...

just keep paying what your're paying and ignore their daft letters. they have no right to ask, they like to cos they want to put pressure on you to pay more, don't let them.
