    Hiya

    Anything related to the account sent to Lloyds I would forward into them, as it may save time later on....so do send what you have that is relevant to the account (only send them copies though) .

        sent off my FOS form before xmas, have had a phone call and a few more forms to fill, but FOS say they will go forward with my claim, however it may take a while .
        just like to say thank you for everyones help will keep my fingers crossed now

          Dont worry if you hear nothing for a long time, PPI claims via the FOS are taking around 12 to 18 months at the moment.

            had a couple more questions to answer on the form ,got a phone call from a very nice lady at fos ,they are proceeding with the claim
