    Free land registry monitoring service.

    Don't know if this has been posted before but thought I'd share in case it hasn't. It's a free monitoring service by the land registry where you can register up to 10 properties and it sends you email alerts if there's any activity or searches made on the property. Handy for those been pursued by dca's to get a heads-up if they do a land registry search to see if you're a homeowner.

    That looks good, thanks for posting. Do you think anyone doing a search (like a DCA) will know you have registered for this (not that its any of their fooking business!) - a bit like the CRA's let everyone know when you have signed up for their service?
    When Gold isn't enough, there is SA Gold! New to the forum and find the UE route a bit scary? Take a look at my diary here and judge for yourself. I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

      I don't think it informs anyone that you're registered for monitoring as you can monitor anyones property with or without their knowledge. I've registered all the family's homes. I think you previously needed the land registry title number of the property that you want to monitor but I've just added my brothers property and you can now do it just by the address without the title number.
