My nieghbour is on DMP and bit confused , had her statement but cannot remember who Apex work for or which dca acts for monument can you help .I've looked thru nids dca list and buggered if I can find it.xxx

Apex Credit Management if they are who you mean are part of Cabot who own FIRE and Marlin and Mortimer Clarke. Anyone of those and its all and the same company you are talking to.
As Pixie says you will see them acting on behalf of many and have in the past purchased debts so also own them. Just another DCA.Comment
