Re: F&F or request CCA
Regardless that you recently signed a CCA - the fact is did you at the time of account inception, the answer to that is a resounding NO! So if it ever got to court (it won't) you would clearly be able to prove that they send the goods without an agreement in place, whenever you opened the account...
I'd not worry too much about Next!

Re: F&F or request CCA
I'd send the CCA request as it places them on backfoot and if you can then say a month after receiving their response then offer a F&F dependant on whether its EN or UE.
But deffo send off that CCA request!

F&F or request CCA
Hi all,
I've been a member here for some time but never posted, and originally "met" Niddy and a few others on a debt free diary thread on MSE.
Anyway, circumstance has led me to begin the UE route rather than continue with the DMP(which I will likely explain another time), but I am being chased most by a DCA for a Next Directory debt that I could currently offer a F&F for. I stupidly signed an agreement when I first entered the DMP. It's hardly worth my while trying a CCA request, is it?
Many thanks in advance.
