My name is Joao and I am new in the forum, so Hi to everyone. Hope you guys can help me with this not so new issue.
I looked on google and it seems a lot of people had problems with Orange and Lowell before, but I can't get the right answer for my problem.
I was with Orange/EE for about a year on a pay monthly SIM only contract. The contract was only 1 month, but I set up a direct debit. After 1 year I realised EE wasn't for me and when my last bill came I cancel my direct debit.
Now, last week and after 2 years, I got a letter from Lowell saying my account was sold from Orange and I have to pay £60 otherwise further action will be taken. I have been trying to phone Orange/EE but I can't get to talk to anyone because my number doesn't exist on their records anymore.
Not sure what to do now, since I can't check if this is some kind of scam or I am really owing something.
