      It's not so much their actions that are the problem, but their lamentable inaction even when presented with evidence of misdeeds.

        Well, I've just won case via the FOS (by default to be fair) ---> Niddy vs Opus (ex CitiCard) - Page 4 - allaboutFORUMS
        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

        If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

            Pompey passed on these details in regards of the SAR request via FOS.

            I assumed it worked both ways, the FOS/Adjudicator would send copies of our paperwork to the ones we are making a complaint about, and it should be the matter of us receiving what they send in about us, considering they supposed be impartial lol.

                  Yep, just provide name and address plus date of birth and ensure you also mention any address you were at when you started the product so they can link it all in.....

                      And done, to be posted signed for delivery at the post office in the morning, they should receive this hopefully by Monday, I have also enclosed the £10 cheque payment.

                      Great SAR template, thank you Niddy and thank you Pompey for also suggesting this avenue with the FOS.

                        Your Welcome, I know you have put up a good fight thus far so I see no reason why you should throw in the towel now.

                        Just the one SAR should get you all the info on all complaints you have made with them as they are replying to the data subject and not an account number.

                              I drew my own conclusions & showed it to my neighbour.
