this is a credit card debt, sold to cabot, who have appointed reston solicitors.
i have asked for the signed agreement/contract and terms & conditions.
They have sent me this....see attachments.
i need to know if they have sent me the agreement/contract, it looks like i signed an agreement authorizing them to do a credit search.
