Up to £645m in forgotten funds in bank accounts has been returned over the past five years through a free tracing service run by the financial industry.

In particular section 16.3 where they state that "we may use money in your other Barclays accounts to pay us."
Now this is contained in a document that is standard to ALL Barclaycard account...
