At the time we held an account with EON this was included in the bankruptcy. Once he was made bankrupt the account went from joint names into my name. Have not heard anything from...

savings account with internet access and transfer
I was thinking of opening a saving account but I want it to have internet access so I can transfer money into my bank account. The problem is although I have been without new adverse credit for over 3 years, I still have 6 figures in defaults registered.

ah the bankrupts bank of choice (or so I thought)
been bankrupt 6+ yrs now cleaned credit files etc and watched everything drop off credit files 12th March 2012...asked a couple of times if I could have the account upgraded they said once i'd been BR 6yrs they would chat
