A few months ago, Barclays...

Just had our house valued and we're now well into negative equity and we also have a secured loan. We could rent somewhere better...

I am seriously trying to weigh up whether to go bankrupt and need help
I have today received my SD from Lowells; although I have started the UE process with this debt and some of my others I am trying to decide whether it would actually be better to just let them force my bankruptcy. I feel that I am drowning (I know I have only just started on my journey) but when I...

Can someone make you bankrupt witout the agreement of all the creditors??
I'm having problems with HMRC, they have got a CCJ against my wife, now I assume that if I can't come to agreement with them ( hopefully I can get them sorted out)they will then try for bankruptcy.
My question is out of all my wifes creditors , HMRC as no where near the largest so if the...

Been getting letters from Lowestofthelowells about an old debt which I knew was now statute barred. Was before chrimbo and just ignored the letters. To be honest I couldn't even be bothered getting template, printing out etc. and posting so just gave them a call.
Began by telling them...
