Well I am new to the forum and think its great! I have gone into arrangements with my creditors. Lately some of the letters received amounts are not adding up and it has triggered me investigating unenforceability. If they can supply info then thats fine, atleast i can actually see my statements...

Right first post so bear with me.
I took out a together mortgage with Northern Rock in 2002. The secured part of the mortgage was repaid in 2003 when I moved home. However the unsecured loan was left as an unsecured loan and I made payments until around 2004-2005.
