Barclaycard VIsa/Mastercard
Hi All
I am wondering if you could help me. I am currently dealing with Barclaycard or should i say Calder Financial and Moorcroft. Re 2 cards that I have with them. I sent them a letter requesting a signed copy of the credit agreement from both cards and never received anything from them.... -

We started a DMP with CCCS on the 01.02.10, when we started the DMP we had an account with Barclaycard with a small balance of around £250.
This card has now got a balance of £550 as Barclaycard... -

Today I got a letter of apology for my Barclaycard and another one for my Mastercard for not issuing a default notice.
I stopped paying my cards in October 09 and had a default notice for Mercers Feb 2010.... -

Do I write to Mercers and if so what do I say? Do I also need to respond to Barclaycard?

Creditor refusing to default account despite issuing DNs!
1st post so my apologies for just diving in and with such a long post.
Got a slightly different problem to most in that we (my partner and I) want to force a creditor (BC) to place defaults on his credit file but they are saying it's not their policy to default accounts. !!
